Cannot connect TP-Link smart plug to wifi network using Kasa App

I have a TP-Link HS110 smart plug and have tried to connect to it using the Kasa App. The plug will not connect after trying several times.

I have tried to seperate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi on the Sky Hub but this still doesnt work.

I have had this probelem with a recently boughtwireless timeclock. Suspect its something to do with the 2.4Ghz network but cant find a way to fix it.

I have the same problem. I have a white box, just installed today. Any help would be gratefully received.

@Waldo63 See the link below, and first check your advanced wireless if on WPA3-T drop back to WPA2.
