Slow broadband

Hi my broadband is consistently slow and has been since I upgraded to sky broadband super fast. I really need this sorting out as I work feom

home and it's causing me problems.

do you suggest a different product that will work as the current download speed guarantee is not being achieved

i don't really want to move my package but I'll have to if you can't resolve this for me.

id also expect some compensation for the poor broadband speed over the last few weeks
