topic New install failed in Broadband

I was due a broadband install yesterday however they found that the fibre connection to my home wasn't complete and they couldn't install. They advised me that their manager had placed a call to virgin media technicians in the area and that they would then complete the work and install. However they never showed and I've heard nothing from either sky or whoever the other company is. Not off to a great start with this company! So does anyone know who the company is or how I chase this up? I did message the sky installer who called yesterday but he hasn't gotten back in touch so it's a bit frustrating.

Does your username suggest you are in the Republic of Ireland?

Virgin Media wouldn't be involved in provisioning a Sky Broadband connection in the UK.
