      <title>Wi-Fi poor performance</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today we installed our new Wi-Fi Max hub. Throughout the day we had had speeds as low as 20mps. The fastest being 40mps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We were sold the Max Hub because the Customer Care agent said it would be faster and stronger.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you check on your end why we now have a worse performing service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
