      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have resolved by switching off the hub at the power &amp;nbsp;and then on again after &amp;nbsp;a short period. Also doing the same to my devices. &amp;nbsp;There is however a flaw with the sky app that does not tell you there is an issue and how to possibly resolve&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some thing since last night. Power on, wifi on, Internet light off. The app last night wasn't detecting any issues.&amp;nbsp; Today they see the issue but there's a problem on their system and cannot check&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi if your connection is still down this morning log into the My Sky app over a mobile connection run the service checker if thst doesnt tell you Sky are aware of a fault in your area give Sky a call when their lines open which should becstarting now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
