Youtube being censored (Restricted mode)

SInce I've switched to Sky I've noticed I'm not able to open most of the youtube notifications for the channels I'm subscribed to. When I manually open the channel I can't find the videos published.

If I switch to my phone network, I'm able to see all the videos. Youtube says I'm on restricted mode. I've disabled the Shield multiple times, and doesn't seem to be making a difference. I can't even see comments on any videos!!!

Please help!
