    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the last couple of weeks my internet has been really slow affecting my wife's work computer as well as when we are streaming on devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we haven't had issues before but the internet continues to drop out and streaming picture quality is poor with constant buffering.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, not going to help but have had the same issue. Being cycnical I changed my contract 2 weeks ago and since then the issues have happended, the year previous everything was fine. Sky suggested to me I upgrade my route at additional cost!! I told them that is outrageous given my service had worked faultlessly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
