    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently joined Sky Broadband. &amp;nbsp;Unfortuantely my devices frequently lose signal or fail to find the connection. It is quite intermittent and not determined by where in my (small) house. &amp;nbsp;When I use the app to test my broadband it says it's 'good' but my laptop and phone are not connecting to it. &amp;nbsp;This means I am unable to do my work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
