&lt;P&gt;At 2.26 in the morning it could be maintenance&amp;nbsp;that is taking place on your line, if it is still down later in the day then try running these tests:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
