When can I switch broadband ?

My contract is finishing on the second of December and I am finding much better deals else where, when can I start the switching prosess ?

You can start it now, most switches have a lead time of around 2 weeks and you can initiate a switch anytime in the last month of your contract.

That's now somewhat complicated by the enhanced one-touch-switch system, which Ofcom says can take effect in as little as one working day.
