That is certainly odd, a simple speed change should not cause you WiFi issues.

Have you tried unplugging the hub for 10mins or so and then plugging it back in

So I've just upgraded to the 500 package on Monday. Ever since my wifi has been pants. Speed coming in says 490 but wifi has been low and dropping off. The max speed I've had is 300 but it's only been for couple of minutes then it drops, the speed I currently get is between 70/200. I've turned it off for a good 5 minutes and it's still the same. I also have a booster but I've turned that off to see if it makes a difference. Haven't moved my router in over a year. It just seems weird the day I get an upgrade the wifi has been pants.

Can't remember the name, it was fibre and speed was about 150. It's the package below 500 and no I didn't get a new hub.
