Concerns about Hive connection

I have Sky broadband on order, but I have read that the Sky Max hub has problems when it comes to connecting Hive and other Smart systems. This worries me, as I don't want to be left without heating once I have changed supplier. Does anyone have any advice or information about this? Thank you

As long as you disable Sky Shield you shouldnt have any issues connecting Hive as the hive hub connects to the router via an ethernet cable, not WiFi, therefore it wont suffer with any WiFi signal incompatibility.
