      <title>"There's a problem with your broadband"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I rang Sky on the 8th November following a week of poor internet connection. I was told the issue would be resolved in 3-5 working days. When I log into my Sky app and test the line it still says&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and to contact support.
