WiFi not working

WiFi has repeatedly dropped the last 24 hours, devices in the same room as the hub have 1 bar of signal. I have no central heating as my Hive can't connect to it. But when I run tests on this website it says everything is fine. I want a sky engineer out today to fix this. It's 2 degrees outside and I have no heating or internet.

@Bwilson16 not sure why your Hive heating isnt working as the Hive thermostat unit holds the schedule and should operate entirely independently of the internet at least my own does. All I lose is control from the app. You can also operate the heating manually from the thermostat or the unit near your boiler.

What happens to the LEDs on your hub when you lose connection https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start?

Is anyone from sky going to bother to reply or contact me? Because I can't call anyone, no web chat option. Tells me to post on here but nobody has bothered replying. Just ran a speed test and I'm getting 20mbps download speed when I'm next to the router. Not good enough.
