      <description>&lt;P&gt;my broadband goes off for 5/10 mins then comes back on. 6 times today. i've done all the checks and tests and it says nothings wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i'm in the north east. i don't want to phone them, they will tell me to unplug the modem from the phone line which means i can't use my landline. i live in a rural area and my mobile phone signal is spotty. i would have to stand in the garden to guarantee a decent connection, which is no good when your been asked to press buttons and unplug things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
