The internet keeps dropping and ive noticed even when the wifi is working there is a very long delay with connecting to sites. Also, every time i use the sky app to check the wifi connection, it ALWAYS results in "everything looks good" EVEN THOUGH the internet is down. How the app is telling me everything looks fine when there no internet or wifi is beyond me

The line test only checks for your hubs connection periodically so if your hub is only dropping for a matter of a min or two then the online test wont pick it up

Appreciate the reply but the issue here is that there is just too much latency on Sky.

If I try acccess a site, it takes longer than it should to access. If i switch off my wifi and use data, boom, the site loads and works instantly (thats on 3g and 3 bars). If i play online, there a lag every now and then.

The list can go on, but based on what ive seen on-line from others, this looks to be a common issue. The speed LOOKS good when you test it (70/125gb) but the there just too much of a delay ... Which is a shame, but ill be looking to switch providers once contract ends
