The issue is caused by Sky like other ISPs having to buy small,blocks of IP4 addresses which can be based literally anywhere. &amp;nbsp;The world has run out of new IP4 addresses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While these adrresses are re-registered by Sky as UK addresses it takes a while before all of the services that check location catch up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
