    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4250927"&gt;@SDT11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;error 1004 from nemory is an Excel error but I guess other programs and systems could use the same error code. If you suspect that your device has lost connection to the internet first check you other devices if they to are down check the lights on your Sky hub&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;as they will tell you if the hub has lost connection to the exchange. If its has and a quick rdboot doesn't re-establish it log into the service chevker in the My Sky app if that doesnt tell you Sky are already aware of an issue then give them a call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
