    <description>My WiFi has stopped working it has an orange light, I have unplugged, reset, held the button for 30 seconds checked all cables, still nothing but the app is saying it's fine. It definitely isn't, and I have sky glass so that means no tv either. Can you help. Thanks.</description>

You can call Sky to report the fault yourself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
