topic WIFI Light not on in Broadband

So my wifi has had no issues since I signed up, cut to tonight, I've been on my phone scrolling social media all of a sudden it's not able to load any videos or anything, I got to my Sky Hub and all the lights are green except for WiFi, I unplugged it and plugged back in, tried the rest button, waited... even checked with sky and went through the checks, they say it's all fine but now I have no WiFi, anyone know how to deal with this cause my broadband connection is fine apparently but my wifi is not working.

@JJ28D assuming you have not made any changes to the hub resetting the unit is worth trying on the black hubs find the reset pin and press that in and hold it until the power led flashes which takes up,to 20 seconds then release it. Once the hub restarts which will take up to 5 minutes if the WiFi is still not working call Sky as the hub sounds to be faulty.

However do test on several devices as loss of signal could be an issue with an individual device.
