    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is exactly what happens to us. All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of our devices/apps suddenly stopped at the same time this evening. All saying no internet connection. The app's broadband &amp;amp; WiFi checker claims everything is fine and connection good! Absolutely isn't. Recently increased broadband speed and service is worse if anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband constantly crashing , cannot even stream films/programmes/Tv fully , tried resetting &amp;amp; still crashes , turned off&amp;nbsp; on , still crashes , best is i used the sky broadband checker app while router was turned off &amp;amp; it still came back as everything looks good !! Wi-Fi looks good !!! how can it be good when router is off ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
