Usually the internet works well however at around 8 to 11 pm past couple days im expriencing huge lag spikes in multiplayer games. Not just that but discord is almost unsuable (my voice gets cut out all the time), it seems to work fine on other devices tho i havent done enough testing. its the same with browsing sometimes sites will just straight up not load for a while and other times it works fine. Ive tried ethernet and the issue persisted, ive tried hooking up a different network adapter (one of those usb antennas) and i still have the issue, so it cant be that my network adapters are damaged if the issue persists using new ones. My flatmate says it works fine for him so im unsure if its an issue with the device or the network at this point. Running network tests with the sky wifi site says the connection is all good but when i run Pingplotter it shows im experiencing packet loss to all IPs im connected to and severe latency spikes. however it doesnt seem like my flatmates device experiences these issues.

Thank you for reading and i hope anyone knows whats up with it. Should i consider changing provider or is my device damaged
