topic Random intermittent broadband dropout in Broadband

We keep getting random broadband drop-outs. Goes off without warning, some times only for a few seconds, some times for 2-3 minutes, then comes back. By the time you've run the Sky test app, it's telling you all is OK. I know I'm not imagining it, because I get a warning from our RIng alarm system telling us it's using 3G back-up to connect to the service centre. All our devices have been re-booted to within an inch of their lives.

I can't find out how to get through to a human at Sky, so I'm completely stumped on what to do next. It's driving me mad, TBH.
