      <title>No internet connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My service was activated yesterday and I got a text to set it is activated but I only have a red light on my sky max hub, I have tried resetting and nothing changes. I can connect to the hub with my devices but there is no internet connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
