Please include what router or hub you had and have now got and whether its location has changed. &amp;nbsp;It would also help if you included whether have Sky Q tv boxes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is not unusual for a three storey home to need more than a single wifi source especially if the router is on the ground floor. &amp;nbsp; The question about Q boxes as these acted as wifi hot spots with the older black Sky hubs but don't with the new white Sky Max hub and i wonder if that may apply in your case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
