      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find their customer services far superior to Virgin, ring them on&amp;nbsp;0333 759 2048, but don't respond to the text they send you offering self-fixes. You'll then be put through to a call handler. They've now deduced we have a faulty main puck - hoping this resolves it - it's been a nightmare so far, having to reboot at least every 24 hours and giving up completely last Saturday night!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
