    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear Sky,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am writing regarding my contract, which includes a guarantee that the internet connection will work in every room of my house. Unfortunately, this guarantee is not being met.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Despite my home office being located next to the Wi-Fi hub, the connection quality is poor, and I have experienced significant issues during phone calls. Additionally, the Wi-Fi does not work at all in the upstairs rooms.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Given these ongoing issues, I am requesting a refund for the additional payment I made for guaranteed whole-house coverage, as the service has not been delivered as promised.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter.
