      <description>Well the Internet has gone but this time the optical box on my wall is lit up light a tree, tried the virtual assistant thay was pointless checked the Internet on the app but that says I'm all connected but quite clearly I'm not, Sky can I get an answer please as I'm just about ready for a change in supplier as the Internet is very poor for what I have to pay you lot each month</description>
