You would need to call Sky about this to see if this is possible, if it isn't you might have to cancel and re-order at a later date which will obviously mean a delay.

Don't know if it's still in force, but I was recently told that there's a disconnect between the Openreach & Sky systems & that as a result, changes to activation date shouldn't be made. I delayed by three days but that change never appeared on Sky. That's when I was told of the issue.
