      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4247940"&gt;@NoArmsBob&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;first check you are reding the password correctky irritatingly Sky/Now use letters like O and I which can be confused with the numbers 0 and 1 and vice versa. If you are certain that isnt the issue then try telling the phones to forget the new connection then reboot them completly by powering them down and restarting and trying from scratch. With the TV power it down until the power led goes out tgen restart it. These steps should clear the menory location that stores the passwords which can get scrambled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
