Upgraded to Gigafast internet, but consistently getting below the guaranteed speeds (in the realm of 60 - 74 mbps, rather that the expected 600+)

Any help?

@SethP how are you measuring the speed? If you are using a device connected by WiFiyou are likely to be measut=ring the speed of the WiFi in your home not the broadband speed to the hub.

@SethP If the speeds you are seeing are via a speed test using WiFi then then thats not the speeds which Sky guarantee, they only guarantee the speed from the exchange or cabinet to your router, speeds for your router to a device cannot be guaranteed as no ISP has any control over interference/building constuction/poor electrical wiring of a person home which can all cause lower and sometimes significantly low speeds.

If you are getting very low speeds via a wired connection to a device then that may signal issue for which you would need to contact Sky so the can investigate.
