      <title>Poor WiFi coverage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WiFi connection is poor in some rooms and is frequently dropped (particularly on my work laptop in my office room). I have a pod which only seems to connect to certain random devices. Signal for the sky puck in the second floor room is unreliable. As I work at home and need to have reliable broadband, please would you be able to help me? I understand that an engineer can visit to check WiFi connectivity throughout the house (where I am guaranteed WiFi throughout) to set up any additional boosters as necessary. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
