Move Openreach external grey box

Good morning all,

In error we talked the engineer to place the box in a different place he wanted .near the old copper cable from thr telegraph pole .

i just wonder if Sky /Openreach could resite the box to the engineers suggested place.

our suggestion ment too much extra fibre cable pined on the house

you can't reach Openreach any way it refers you back to Sky ? You only get Sky Bot rubish. If it's not on the script forget it.

it a resite possible at all Please Sky? When the install takes place in December.

Openreach work can only be booked through Sky. What you are trying to arrange is a CSP relocation, for which there would be a fee
