You are buying a domestic service which has a lower priority for repairs than business lines but is significantly cheaper. You should be due compensation if you are without a connection for more than 2 working days see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

I've had Sky broadband for a month after three couldn't connect me so I have super fast broadband connection that inevitably fails me and drops out randomly and regularly: I cannot use my music dedicated desktop to compose music pieces which I write for short films because I need to be online for parts of it and if it drops out it ruins all it work

they say they fixed it twice sent two engineers out but still bad

Have another 8am engineer appointment booked for a week away

aaargh
