    <description>You convinces me to upgrade. I did so. They set up the box in the wrong room even though I asked for it to be set up in the hall. I can never stream my games. It's literally one device connected. I'm so done with this. Terrible service. So much money over the years for Internet that can't even play a YouTube video. Noone will help me, I've literally been a sky customer for 10+ years and I can't even play a ps3 game. This must be the 10th time it just refuses to work. Connection test says OK but it is not. No streaming services work, no games work. Get me off of sky immediately or get someone to fit the box where I wanted it in the first place. Thanks. Poppy macphail</description>
