If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only joined sky yesterday, line went live. Worked fine then nothing this morning, I've tried all the troubleshooting and still nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
