Power lead?

Phone socket to Hub cable?

@SydneyAnnan depends on which cable you mean. If its the cable to connect the unit to the line these can be blight easily in any hardware store, modt supermarkets or on line in any length you need. If your service is delivedcvia a phonecsocket you need a DSL cable with rj11 connectors. If over full fibrecyou need an Ethernet cable with rj45 connectirs.

If its the power lead you will have to call Sky who will send you out a new hub with cables simply switch the cable over and send the old cable back with the new hub. Bit of a pain but they don't supply spares.

I believe it would have been one packaged with the router originally so if Sky could send me one, I'm happy to pay but they've made it impossible to contact them.

@SydneyAnnan Sky dont stock spares you have to get a replacement hub sent out as I explained which is why buying your own cable can be easier.

Sky cannot respond to a post on the forum you havecto call them which is free of uou dial 150 on your Sky Talk line or a Sky mobile otherwise call any on their 03 numbers. You can find by following through on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
