      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our internet has been very poor today and it hasn't been the best since we changed from BT, but today has been the worse. I have called and the message voice said there was an issue with connection and to follow the steps however I have done this and the page is saying everything is fine, which I can 100% say that's not true.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
