If you are still in the fixed contract period you cannot move isps unless Sky have released you from that contract which they will do if after being given a reasonable chance to resolve the fault. However if the issue is with your line if you switch to any other isp who uses the ame line tgst fault will move with you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You need to report the issue to Sky by calling them so they can get the issue checked out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
