topic Issues loading email and websites on WiFi Booster in Broadband

We use a Sky WiFi booster to boost our signal at the front of our flat (our router is at the back). As the walls are thick, we use a TP-Link Powerline system to run an ethernet cable to the booster to ensure a good signal.

Usually, this all works fine however, at the weekend we had to reset the router and after this we have been experiencing some issues. If using the same devices near the booster, some websites (e.g. Epic Games Store) and email will not load, but this is not an issue when trying to acces them near the router. Other sites, such as BBC work fine however. A PS5 wired via ethernet to the same powerline adapter works fine as well.

Any advice would be welcome.

I should also add that Broadband Shield is turned off, as are parental controls on our Q box.
