Hi all ,

iv been in contact with sky Ireland in regards to the use of 3rd party router and sadly will not help, iv searched this forum to highlight some settings advice iv tried and failed . In the past iv used fttp with pppoe witch worked flawless , now that iv changed to sky its been try and errors . Sky has advised me that they use hdcp settings auto settings does not recognise sky at all I know ipv4/6 is needed and the

Prefix Delegation Size is 56 , some of the settings I can get from sky router but it's to copy them over to UniFi that I keep trying am I missing something in the settings ?

Settings I use on my DMPMax are:

Port 9 (2,5Gb) auto negotiation for 1Gb connection

VLAN ID: 10

IPv4 Connection: PPPoE

Username: Any email address

Password: Any password

DNS Server: Auto

IPv6 Connection: DHCPv6

DHCP Client Options: 1

DHCPv6 CoS: 1

Prefix delegation size: 48

DNS Server: Auto

Unless something has changed recently, these are my settings in Ireland
