How to set up wifi max hub - link keeps opening a webpage, not the app

I have my wifi Max hub. I tried setting it up earlier in the mySky App, but it kept failing. So I went out, came back, and now every time I try and set it up, it takes me to a web page telling me to download the mySky app, which I already have!!!! How do I get back to the setup page on the app!!!!

@IGGt if you go into the app and find the Product Settings section and you should find the Sky Max hub section. In practice you only need the app if you want to change the settings. The app will take you to Sky.com pages for some action simply close tge oage using the x to get back into the app.

You can use the QR code on devices like mobile phones to join the new hub's WiFi network unless you have changed the SSID and password.

There's no option for sky max hub there yet, just the broadband shield section, and two tv items (one for sky stream - still in the box until I can get the max hub working, and one for sky Q).
