Switching to Sky

I wonder if anyone can help please?

I am switching from BT to Sky and my switchover day is tomorrow. I have a new HUB from Sky to use but I want to know what time i need to unplug my BT Hub and plug in my Sky Hub? Will there also be a time tomorrow when the internet goes down due to the switch? Basic stuff I know but I havent switched providers for a very long time.

Any help would be appreciated
