&lt;P&gt;That's unfortunate: realistically moving a CSP isn't going to be allocated any particular priority (and isn't trivial if the proposed location is further than the current one)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll need to persist with contacting Sky, and emphasise it's a CSP relocation (and possible consent ONT move too) rather than just the ONT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I was assuming that 'sky/openreach line' meant an FTTP circuit, but perhaps I was mistaken.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For a copper line it's just Openreach, but work has to be booked through Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
