Hi

We recently upgraded to the new Sky Max Hub router and currently have 15 devices connected. However, we’re unable to connect any additional devices. After contacting Sky, they mentioned that the recommended limit is 5–6 devices, so it seems we may have too many connected.

With our previous router, we could connect around 23 devices without issues. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to manage this or possibly increase the device limit on the new router?

@MikeG123456789 currently Sky are having some major issues with their systems this morning which maybe related. However given one of the plus points that Sky mentioned when the new router launched was its increased ability to manage devices the rep was wrong but we know the systems theagents use are also down so you might want cut them some slack.

Normally you should be able to add devices as normal if the hub is misbehaving try a reboot but as I said above their systems are having a bad day which might be the cause
