      <description>Yes please. Unfortunately they weren't able to book me 1 as my replacement sky q box wasn't down as delivered on their system. I did mention that the box it came in was covered in muck and and feet of the sky q box were filthy. The girl told me to bookan appointment via the app but unfortunately I work all weekend and the app/site was down for maintenance</description>
