Slow WiFi

My Wifi is just slow when using portable devices. I have two phones and two tablets connected to the WiFi but they are not all accessing at the same time.

I was previously with TalkTalk and never had these issues. the house is the same the router is in the same place, the devices have not changed so I can only put it down to the Sky Router and WiFi. I am supposed to have the super fast one but it is just not. Your checks tell me everything is working correctly so no idea where to go from here. Maybe back to TalkTalk. ?
