      <description>For many weeks the broadband speed has been unusable, getting 2-3 mb/s. Virgin has just gone live on my street and this needs sorting or I will be pulling out under the minimum speed clause and switching to a reliable broadband provider.</description>

Speeds at your device are not covered and frequently low speeds are down to poor WiFi in your home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
