topic Help please! Mobile - 'connected without internet' in Broadband

I connect my phone to the WiFi for the first time and it connects fine. However if reconnect in future it connects but without Internet. The WiFi then doesn't work. If I 'forget network' and reconnect with my password for the first time it then works again... Does anyone know how I can come on and off the network without having to 'forget' my broadband and reconnect for the first time each time? On my laptop it works fine and always remains connected with Internet my Samsung Mobile device has to be reconnected each time I attempt to rejoin the network. I've added my broadband to the list of networks that it should automatically reconnect to but keep getting the connected without Internet message.... please help!! Ps there's nothing wrong with the connection I.e it remains connected and I'm close to the modem.

@Dan123123Dan sounds like an issue with your phone rather than your Sky hub if other devices reconnect normally.

Check the phone is set to get its network settings automatically from the hub and when connecting it is getting a valid internal IP address in the range from 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254 and that the gateway and DNs are pointing to the hub at 192,168.0.1. Also check your privacy settings as these can cause issues.
