      <title>Internet light off on hub</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost my internet on Thursday and the guy I spoke to tried to resolve it but he could not. The issue was escalated to the ntwork team who suggested it might be a cable problem and they ordered a new cable for me which I received on Friday. Still that did not solve anything, and I called back only to be told the issue might only be attended on Monday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have lost essentially 2 days of work which I thought I would cover over the weekend but still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The network was working okay then the next minute it was down; there was an Openreach Employee earlier on Thursday who was connecting wifi for a neighbour of the same flat, I dont know if he might have caused an issue but the moment he left I started started having some issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me out on this, need this sorted as soon as Thursday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yours,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Concerned, worried and angry customer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
